About the event
This is an outdoor workshop where you can experience making authentic Italian homemade pizza in an earth oven (a handmade stone oven made from natural materials found around us, based on clay) set up in the garden of "Tre Picchi," a delicatessen and light meal restaurant serving Italian home cooking. You will top your pizza with ingredients, mainly organic vegetables from Fujino, and bake it in the earth oven. Please try the deep taste of home cooking from my husband Andrea's hometown in Italy!
